Bohemian Rhapsody

I call myself a backpack of the mind & places. I feel being a bohemian “anything” – a writer, a traveler, a bank clerk, a singer or a grandmother – it’s a state of mind rather than a state of physical being. Both places & people fill me with as much excitement as a circus that lights up a kid’s mind. The eclectic vibes of people, the colorful textures, the effortless fashion & the rustic sounds create a beautiful ripple of senses. These portraits are a depiction of the spirited, the eccentric and the bohemian rhapsodies that I have encountered on my travels.

I had to stop him in his tracks as he came thumping out of the crowded lanes of this hippy market. He wore a satin Santa Claus suit to mark his devotion to his body. I flinched & then smiled at his crazy innocence.
